1. Orders

When you place an order through our website, your order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). A contract of sale is formed only when we issue a dispatch confirmation. An automated order acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch where, for example:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock;
  • There has been a pricing or listing error;
  • We are unable to deliver to your nominated address; or
  • There are other reasonable circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Payment must be made in full at the time the order is placed. We will not dispatch an order until payment has been successfully received and cleared.

2.4 Pricing Errors

If a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or other error, we will contact you before processing the order.

You will then have the option to:

  • Pay the correct price; or
  • Receive a full refund and cancel the order
